Announcement: Update on the Operations of the Office of the Registrar General of Intellectual Property in Sudan

We would like to inform our clients and partners that the Office of the Registrar General of

Intellectual Property in Sudan has relocated to a new facility in Khartoum State.

The Office of the Registrar General of Intellectual Property is currently closed, and operations will

resume once the new premises are fully operational. At this stage, the records of the Registrar’s

Office have not yet been recovered; therefore, all intellectual property related procedures will

continue to be handled under the prior arrangements in Port Sudan, without access to prior data, and limited to new filings and renewals.

We will continue to monitor developments closely and provide updates as soon as further

information becomes available.
