This milestone coincides with the addition of two distinguished legal professionals to our partnership structure.

Joining us as Senior Partner is Mr. Yousif Badi, a former judge (of the Supreme Court of Sudan

and Civil Federal Court in Abu Dhabi), and former Chief Legal Advisor of Dubai Electricity and

Water Authority (DEWA), Mr. Yousif brings decades of experience across the judiciary, legal

advisory, arbitration, corporate governance, and commercial transactions at the highest

institutional levels.

We are also pleased to welcome Dr. Abdalla Idris as Senior Partner. A highly respected

practitioner in international arbitration and cross-border commercial law, with decades of

experience advising on complex transactions and disputes involving parties and projects

across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. His distinguished career spans private

practice, academia, and public service, including serving as Sudan’s Minister of Justice,

Attorney General, and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Khartoum.

commercial advisory come together under one roof, the result is more than an expansion of
